An A-10C Thunderbolt II from the 354th Fighter Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, Ariz., practices attack maneuvers at Berry Goldwater Range in Arizona Feb. 15, 2008. Boasting state-of-the-art avionics, fully integrated targeting pods and new smart weapons like the 500 and 2,000 lb. Joint Direct Attack Munitions, the A-10C gives its pilots increased situational awareness and the ability to strike targets from further away.
