The Air Force expects to begin flight testing around April of the first Northrop Grumman [NOC] B-2A stealth bomber aircraft that is being outfitted with an upgraded radar system, according to the service and industry officials overseeing the work.

Unhappy about the extent of work its industry is garnering on the Joint Strike Fighter, Norway is considering pulling out of the Lockheed Martin-led program in the next few weeks.

It's time to admit that the 2001 decision-in keeping with the recommendations of the second Rumsfeld commission-that made the Air Force the "Executive Agent for Space" has just not worked: not due to any malfeasance or corruption or lack of good will, but simply because the USAF has other priorities
